Amos lives to create an environment in which innovators from all walks of life come together to make a difference. He has extensive leadership experience as a tech executive in the Software industry, most recently at Microsoft Research incubating advanced products for people with disabilities using AI, augmented reality, and robotics. He is the founder of Microsoft Soundscape, a leading innovative audio augmented reality navigation app to empower people who are blind to build a rich awareness of their surroundings and navigate confidently. Amos served as a chairman of the board of the Guide Dogs organization in the UK where he led a strategic expansion to provide mobility services to children. While in Singapore Amos was the chairman of Guide Dogs Singapore where he led a strategic investment in local guide dog training capabilities for the country.
Amos holds a B.sc degree in Computer Science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and earned his MBA from London Business School.
