If the event gets cancelled by the organizers you will have the opportunity to get a refund or defer to a different year.

No. Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of your ticket. However, we will have a block of rooms available at a special rate for conference guests. More information on hotel block is coming soon. Check here for updates.
No meals are included with your registration. The exhibit hall will have concessions available to purchase food and beverages.

You are able to register on site, but we highly recommend registering online before you arrive to make for a quick and easy check in process. Ticket prices will be increased on site from $695 to $795.
For safety, insurance and security reasons, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the expo halls or conference meeting rooms at our show.
We do not currently have virtual attendance options available for this event.
Yes, if you are a full conference pass holder an email will be sent following the event with a link to a portal where you will be able to access any presentation materials that the speakers provided to us.
