What does my full conference registration pass include?

A full conference pass includes access to all RoboBusiness sessions and the expo floor. Find more pricing information, here. 

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual. To ensure comfort, consider layers to adjust for temperature changes in the meeting rooms.

How much does it cost to attend the show?

You can see our different pass options here. We have Full Conference, Expo Only and Academic Student passes. 

What is the refund policy if I need to cancel my registration?

Partial refunds are only available to those who purchase a full conference pass. Please email our RoboBusiness team for more detailed information about our refund policy: events@wtwhmedia.com. You can find our refund policy at the bottom of our pricing page, here. 

What if I want to exhibit at the show?

If you’re interested in exhibiting at the show, you can download our prospectus here to see all opportunities available. You can also reach out to Colleen at csepich@wtwhmedia.com for more information and to book a booth.

Are hotel accommodations included in registration?

No. Hotel accommodations are not included in the price of your ticket. However, we will have a block of rooms available at a special rate for conference guests, come back soon for more details. 

Are meals included with my registration?

No meals are included with your registration. The exhibit hall will have concessions available to purchase food and beverages.

I registered but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

If you haven’t seen a confirmation email from us, be sure to check your spam folder and opt-in to our email communications. If you still can’t find it, please reach out to events@wtwhmedia.com and we can send you a copy of the receipt and confirmation.

Can I register on site?

You are able to register onsite, but we highly recommend registering online before you arrive to make for a quick and easy check-in process. Registration rates do increase the closer we get to the event. Once registration is open, you can the pricing page for details on registration types and pricing.

Can I bring my child to the expo?

For safety, insurance and security reasons, no one under the age of 18 is permitted in the expo halls or conference meeting rooms at our show.

Can I attend the event virtually?

We do not currently have virtual attendance options available for this event.

Will I get access to the presentation materials?

Yes, if you are a full conference pass holder an email will be sent following the event with a link to a portal where you will be able to access any presentation materials that the speakers provided to us.

Is there parking at the convention center?

Yes, there is parking available at the convention center. Please visit the venue’s site here for additional information and directions.
