Below you will find important information concerning your participation at the conference.

Session Information
- Details for the date and time of your presentation can be found under your profile HERE.
- We recommend that speakers arrive 90 minutes before their session to pick up their conference badge at the registration desk and report to their session room 30 minutes before their presentation.
- Business attire is recommended for all speakers.
Presentation Materials
- We will make session material available to RoboBusiness full conference attendees on a password protected website as downloadable PDFs.
- Material must be free of any specific product endorsements and must not contain any derogatory or otherwise disparaging reference about any specific product or company.
- Below is a downloadable PowerPoint template that we require all speakers to use. Please submit your presentation by October 5, 2022.
- Please also bring your PowerPoint on a jumpdrive to the conference as a backup.

AV Information
The RoboBusiness Conference will supply an LED projector, screen and microphone. There will be a conference laptop in each session room.
Venue and Hotel Information
RoboBusiness runs October 19-20, 2022 at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Information regarding the hotel and travel to the Convention Center can be found HERE. The RoboBusiness team has secured a limited number of discounted hotel rooms near the convention center. If you have not reserved your room, book today before the hotels sell out.
Complimentary Conference Passes
As a special benefit, you are invited to register an additional two colleagues for a complimentary full conference pass. Please contact Alexis Ferenczy [email protected] with questions.
Conference Industry Engagement
- RoboBusiness provides your clients or colleagues with an excellent opportunity to engage with robotics engineers and engineering management from around the world for 2 days of robotics education, inspiration, networking and more.
- There are a number of ways in which your associates participate in the event:
- Email Blast to Your Associates – The RoboBusiness team can create a targeted message for you to send to your associates. Please email Olivia Zemanek at [email protected] to schedule.
- Marketing Your Session – If you have a spot on your website where you promote upcoming events or company news, please consider posting the RoboBusiness logo or a banner ad promoting your involvement in the conference program.
