Nick Damiano

Nick Damiano is a serial medtech/healthtech founder and leader who has built three companies that have collectively launched in over 1,000 medical facilities and reached over $1 billion in valuation. He is currently CEO & Co-founder of Andromeda Surgical, which is developing autonomous surgical robots. Andromeda is on pace to be the fastest surgical robot to market of all time and aims to pioneer AI-assisted robots that meaningfully improve surgical outcomes and efficiency. He was formerly CEO & Co- founder of Zenflow, where he led the company’s prostatic implant from inception through pivotal trial and market readiness. He was also CTO & Co-founder of Nurep, later renamed Avail MedSystems, where he co-invented, designed, and built the world’s first remote surgical support platform. Nick was a Stanford Biodesign Fellow and earned his MS & BS from Stanford University. He is also a Venture Partner at Pioneer Fund and a proud dad to two daughters.
