Thank you for agreeing to speak at RoboBusiness 2024. Below you will find important information concerning your participation at the conference.
Registration
To register for RoboBusiness 2024 click the link below. Note: This link is specific to speaker registration ONLY. Follow the detailed steps below to complete your registration by October 11, 2024.
Enter the personal information for the person you are registering. Click Next.
The registration item page will show. Click Next.
Select the Sessions & Optional Items you plan to attend. Click Next.
Some Optional Items have limited capacities and are available on a first come, first served basis.
If you do not opt into the add-ons during the registration process (even the complimentary add-ons), you will not be allowed entry to the add-on activities.
Enter the personal information for the person you are registering. Click Next.
*If the Country box auto fills the incorrect country, please click the dropdown and select your correct Country.
Answer the following questions regarding your company and job information. Click Next.
Confirm all the information is correct on the Registration Summary page. Click Next.
Submit credit card information and accept the Terms & Conditions on the Order Summary page. Click Submit.
Click Submit. A confirmation email will be emailed to you.
Make sure to save your confirmation email in case you need to modify your registration later.
Details for the date and time of your presentation can be found under your profile HERE.
We recommend that speakers arrive 45 minutes before their session to pick up their conference badge at the registration desk and report to their session room 15 minutes before their presentation.
There will be a speaker ready room for all speakers located in room 208.
Business attire is recommended for all speakers.
Presentation Materials
We will make session material available to RoboBusiness full conference attendees on a password protected website as downloadable PDFs.
All sessions will be audio recorded.
Material must be free of any specific product endorsements and must not contain any derogatory or otherwise disparaging reference about any specific product or company.
Below is a downloadable PowerPoint template that we require all speakers to use. We ask that you submit your presentation by October 4, 2024.
Please also bring your PowerPoint on a jumpdrive to the conference as a backup.
If you wish to include videos in your presentation, they will need to be embedded into your presentation and no longer than 4 minutes.
When uploading your presentation, the file size must be 1 GB or less.
Please clearly label the presentation with the speaker’s first and last name.
RoboBusiness will supply an LED projector, screen and microphone. There will be a conference laptop in each session room as well as a wireless clicker. Personal laptops cannot be used.
Hotel and Event Information
RoboBusiness runs October 16-17, 2024, at the Santa Clara Convention Center. Information regarding the hotel and travel to the Convention Center can be found HERE.
The RoboBusiness team has secured a limited number of discounted hotel rooms near the convention center. If you have not reserved your room, book today before the hotel sells out.
RoboBusiness is the place to network with other industry colleagues. We encourage all speakers to take part in the available networking opportunities including the Welcome Reception on October 15, 2024 from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM. To learn more, click HERE.
