Thank you for agreeing to speak at the upcoming RoboBusiness event. Below you will find important information concerning your participation at the conference.

Speaker registration must be done through the speaker registration link below. Please note: The speaker registration link is a unique link so please do not share it.
You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is approved.
Event Information
- RoboBusiness runs October 15-16, 2025 at the Santa Clara Convention Center.
- Information regarding driving and parking at the Santa Clara Convention Center can be found HERE.
- Information on hotel room blocks can be found HERE. A limited number of discounted hotel rooms are available so make sure to book your hotel by September 12th.
Session Information
- Details for the date and time of your presentation can be found HERE.
- All sessions will be audio recorded. Audio recordings and presentations will be shared with full conference attendees on a password protected website as downloadable PDFs following the event.
- We recommend that speakers arrive 60 minutes before their session to pick up their conference badge at the registration desk and report to their session room 15 minutes before their presentation.
- Business attire is recommended for all speakers.
Presentation Materials
- Presentation material must be free of any specific product endorsements and must not contain any derogatory or otherwise disparaging reference about any specific product or company.
- Please title your presentation with your first and last name. (i.e. Halle Sibly_RoboBusiness 2025)
- We require all speakers to use the provided PowerPoint template which you can download below.
- All presentations should be submitted via the link below by Friday, September 26, 2025.
- Please also bring your PowerPoint presentation with you to the conference on a jump drive. It’s always good to have a back-up, just in case!

A/V Information
- All session rooms will have a projector, screen(s) and microphone(s).
- All presentations must be presented from the A/V laptop that will be provided.
- To avoid any potential technical errors, no personal laptops can be used during presentations.

- RoboBusiness provides your clients or colleagues with a chance to connect with the brightest minds in robotics, explore cutting-edge technologies, and accelerate your innovation journey.
- There are several ways in which your associates can participate in the event:
- Email Blast to Your Associates – The RoboBusiness team can create a targeted message for you to send to your associates. Please email Francesca Barrett at [email protected] to schedule.
- Marketing Your Session – If you have a spot on your website where you promote upcoming events or company news, please consider posting the RoboBusiness logo or a banner ad promoting your involvement in the conference. Please email Francesca Barrett at [email protected] with the required size if you would like to receive these files for posting.
- Discount Code for Your Colleagues – If you are interested in inviting your colleagues at a discounted registration rate, please reach out to Halle Sibly at [email protected].
