Important Dates & Deadlines
- Exhibitor Set-up: Tuesday, October 17, 12:00pm – 5:00pm
- Note: You must be set-up by 5pm for the start of the welcome reception.
- Exhibit Hall Hours: Wednesday, 10:00am – 5:00pm and Thursday, 10:00am – 3:00pm
- Exhibitor Tear-down: Thursday October 19, 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Booth Logistics
- Included is a 6-foot black draped table with 2 chairs and a waste basket.
- Suggested times to man your booth are all networking breaks.
- Electricity and Carpet are NOT included. You can place your orders in the Freeman Exhibitor Kit.
- There will be a Freeman help desk on site for any questions.
