From Models to Machines: Building the Open Infrastructure for Physical AI
1:15 pm - 2:00 pm
Room 203

AI is moving from digital environments into the physical world, where robots and autonomous systems must sense, reason, and act in real time. For robotics developers, this shift creates a new challenge: success is no longer defined by model performance alone, but by the ability to deploy AI into systems that are responsive, reliable, safe, and scalable. This session explores the infrastructure required to move Physical AI from prototype to production in real-world robotics systems. It will examine how open, edge-first architectures can help robotics teams integrate perception, sensor fusion, motion planning, deterministic control, and real-time AI across diverse hardware and software environments. Attendees will learn why the next phase of robotics innovation depends on more than bigger models or better simulations. It requires a practical deployment foundation that supports flexibility, interoperability, and measurable outcomes across manufacturing, logistics, field robotics, humanoids, and autonomous systems.
