Aaron Bromberg is Head of Robotics Hardware and Physical AI at Instawork, where he helps physical AI companies capture real world training data and scale deployments in complex commercial environments. He brings two decades of product and operating experience across robotics, hardware, software, and consumer devices.
Before Instawork, Aaron led the consumer robotics product team at Amazon, building at the intersection of robotics, AI, sensing, and the home. He has also held senior product and executive roles at Boosted, Bose, and Somnee. He focuses on turning emerging robotics and AI capabilities into systems that work reliably in the real world.
Skilled, high-variability work, such as a line cook cutting onions, a housekeeper turning a room in under fifteen minutes, or a warehouse worker depalletizing an inbound shipment, presents some of the hardest environments to capture good training data from. Aaron will talk through what that gap looks like in practice, what it takes to capture usable data from real workers on real shifts, and what he's learned putting camera systems into commercial environments at scale.
