Equipping the Next Generation of Engineers!
The Robo Design & Engineering Forum will provide engineers with the latest technical information they need to be competitive in this fast-growing industry.
The tracks will teach the newest technology and robotic design techniques through seminars, classes, hands-on training and labs. Content and speakers will come from public and private research firms, educational institutions, and private industry.
The sessions will be presented in three classroom formats: seminars, panel discussions, and hands-on labs.
This talk will describe recent progress in deep reinforcement learning (robots learning through their own trial and error), in apprenticeship learning (robots learning from observing people), and in meta-learning for action (robots learning to learn).
The speaker will describe the ‘New Wave’ of robotic grasping, based on hybrid methods that combine analytic models to bootstrap Deep Learning models, where data and code is exchanged via the Cloud using emerging advances in cloud computing and big data.
Check back often! More Sessions to be added.
Agenda for 2018
