RoboBusiness Academic Program
Innovative Program Provides Universities with Steeply Discounted Conference Passes and Exhibit Space and FREE Exhibit Hall Passes
RoboBusiness is an excellent forum for students, academicians and others to network and learn alongside their academic and industry peers from around the world. The Academic Program provides universities with exclusive access to the exhibit hall, conference program and exhibit space at discounted rates.
THREE WAYS TO PARTICIPATE
Under the Academic Program, students, researchers and educators can participate in the RoboBusiness Conference and Exposition in three different ways:
1. DISCOUNTED CONFERENCE PASSES:
Students, researchers and educators who wish to attend the keynote presentations, conference sessions and special events will save $800 on the full price of a Conference Pass.
2. FREE EXPO PASSES:
Students, researchers and educators are provided with FREE passes to the RoboBusiness expo floor (regularly $75).
To register for yourself or your group for a discounted Conference Pass or Expo Pass, contact Cori Casilli at 508-663-1500 x323. Academic Outreach registrants will be required to show a valid student/researcher/instructor ID when picking up their show badges.
3. SAVINGS ON EXHIBIT SPACE:
Select colleges and universities are provided with a 50% discount on exhibit space on the expo floor so that they may demonstrate their robots and robotics technology at the show. Participants will receive significant marketing exposure before and during the event.
If your university is interested in exhibiting at RoboDevelopment, please contact Ellen Cotton at 508-663-1500 x240.
