Terms & Conditions

RoboBusiness is a B2B professional trade conference. All attendees must be at least 18 years old to attend. This regulation will be strictly enforced.

• A business card or other form of identification is required for admittance.
• Applicable payment must accompany registration to be complete and processed.
• Cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than Friday, March 20, 2009 and are subject to a $50 service charge.
• All registrations are non-refundable after Friday, March 20, 2009. If you cancel, you will receive a letter of credit for the amount paid for your registration that can be applied towards any future RoboBusiness conference.
• Substitutions from your company are allowed.
• All discounts are only applicable at time of initial registration and will not be credited nor issued after the initial registration.
• Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers.
• Registration fees paid with a credit card will appear as EH Publishing Inc./RoboBusiness on your statement.
• Consent to use photographic images: By participating in RoboBusiness, registrant/attendee acknowledges that their image or voice may appear in photographs, videos or audio recordings from the event.
