Harsh Pandya is a Robotics Software Engineer at Electric Movement, a Silicon Valley-based full-service engineering firm that provides engineering and product development to robotics, electric vehicle and autonomous driving customers.
In his role, Harsh has worked on navigation and perception stacks for client projects, including autonomous mobile robot platforms. He has also led creation of bare metal drivers and RTOS wrappers for real-time control of self-driving vehicles.
Additionally, Harsh currently serves as an instructor and helps develop curriculum for Udacity in the e-learning company’s Robotics Nanodegree Program, helping train the next generation of robotics engineers.
Prior to joining Electric Movement, Harsh worked with Fetch Robotics, Inc. While receiving his MS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, Harsh held a series of robotics-focused jobs, working as a graduate assistant, an instructor of Artificial Intelligence and Programming Robotics in Duke University’s Talent Identification Program and a graduate research assistant in NC State’s Image Analysis and Active Robotics Sensing labs. Harsh earned his BS in Engineering from the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in India.
