Chris is a Managing Director from the Strategy practice based in the San Francisco office. He leads Accenture Strategy’s Talent and Organization Practice for the West Coast region, and the global Organization Design practice. Chris has been with Accenture for over two decades leading operating model and workforce transformation programs for clients in multiple industries in Canada, United States, Brazil, Mexico and Asia Pacific.
Chris works with Fortune 100 companies to solve their most complex talent, leadership, organization and cultural challenges. His recent experiences include designing the operating model and workforces of the future resulting from digital disruption and new business strategies. These client engagements have included programs with a global telecommunications, semi-conductor manufacturer, oil and gas super major, and consumer packaged goods companies.
Chris has served as an advisor and consultant for international clients including a State Owned Enterprise in China, the Brazilian Electricity Exchange, Canadian Energy Companies and a Mexican Retail Bank and Consumer Products and Goods company.
Prior to arriving to the Bay Area, Chris had been based in the Accenture offices of Ottawa, New York, Florham Park, Vancouver and Seattle.
